The service

No Excuses is a nutrition, training, and coaching app operated by blndr agency ("we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use No Excuses.

Not medical advice

No Excuses provides general fitness and nutrition information, including AI-generated coaching and readiness scores derived from your own data. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a medical condition. If something feels wrong, stop and seek help.

Subscriptions (Pro)

  • Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store (on iOS) or Stripe (on the web). The price shown at checkout is what you pay.
  • Where offered and where you are eligible, a free trial converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time: on iOS via your App Store subscription settings, on the web via the Manage option in your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period runs out as paid.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their policies; for web purchases, contact us.

Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of the data you log. You give us permission to process it to run the service (see the Privacy Policy). Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reselling, or interfering with other users.

Coaching

Coaches on No Excuses are independent professionals, not our employees. Any coaching agreement, including payment for coaching services, is between you and your coach; we provide the platform.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for outcomes of training and nutrition decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Profile → Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
